Vandals to Face No. 21 Utah in Football

Idaho football will play the No. 21-ranked Utah Utes at 6 p.m. Pacific time today in Salt Lake City.

The Vandals, coming off a 38-34 loss to Cal Poly on Friday, face a Power Four opponent in the Utah Utes, who are ranked No. 21 in the Associated Press preseason poll. Coach Thomas Ford Jr. said the team moved quickly to prepare for the game without dwelling on the previous loss.

Idaho coach Thomas Ford Jr. stated, "We’ve got to get back on the horse right away. Very encouraged by the resolve of this group."

The game will be broadcast on ESPNU.
